RCC is seeking a full life cycle Junior Recruiter (2-3 yrs experience), preferably local to McLean, VA, with a background working with federal/government customers.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for federal/government positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Format resumes according to federal/government standards and client requirements
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and ensuring regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in federal/government recruitment
